Ian S. Seitel is a graduate of the University of Miami Law School. He has been in practice for 30 years. Counselor Seitel served as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County from 1980 to 1985. As a prosecutor he tried countless numbers of criminal cases while serving in the organized crime division. During this time, he was responsible for a large number of drug and organized crime convictions.
As a defense attorney, he has handled virtually every type of criminal case, from murder in the first degree, to DUI. As a former prosecutor, he has court experience that many family law attorneys do not have. He’s handled divorce cases involving alimony, child support, custody, visitation and modifications thereof.
He is a past president of the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and currently serves on the board of directors for the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also a former chair of the Broward County Grievance Committee, an arm of the Florida Bar that investigates complaints filed against attorneys. Edward J. Jennings
Edward J. Jennings has been practicing law for over Twenty Eight years. He began his career as an Associate for a firm representing the Broward Sheriff’s office and local police agencies regarding a variety of litigation matters. He has served as a court appointed, volunteer Guardian Ad Litem, protecting the rights of children in Broward County, Florida for over twenty years. As such, he handled cases involving difficult custody disputes, psychological evaluations, social studies, child abuse investigations, adoptions and dependency proceedings. Mr. Jennings is and has been a member of Attorney’s Insurance Fund for over 28 years.
